Use the platform responsibly and keep ownership clear.
These terms describe the baseline for using Thalovant's website, console,
public hubs, private hubs, APIs, agents, clients, BYOS, billing, and workspace features.
By using Thalovant's website, console, APIs, clients, public hubs, private hubs, or workspaces, you agree to these terms. If you use Thalovant for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization and manage its workspace activity.
You may only use Thalovant if you can legally enter into this agreement. If you are not old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use Thalovant only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization administrator.
You are responsible for account credentials, MFA, invited users, workspace roles, connected clients, API keys, and activity performed through your permissions. Account owners should review access, client placement, ACLs, and hub visibility before exposing any hub publicly.
Hubs, BYOS, Skills, And User Content
You keep ownership of the prompts, hub descriptions, sources, skills, integrations, workflows, and other content you bring to Thalovant. You give Thalovant the limited permission needed to host, process, route, display, secure, support, and improve the service for the visibility settings you choose.
Public hubs are intended to be discoverable and may be visible to the world. Private hubs should remain scoped to the intended workspace, client group, and access policy. Only publish or connect content, sources, APIs, models, data, or services that you have the right to use.
BYOS means Bring Your Own Skill. You remain responsible for the behavior, licensing, security, privacy, and source posture of any skill, service, model, action, or integration you add.
OpenVoiceOS skills, community skills, and user-provided BYOS skills are not authored, controlled, or guaranteed by Thalovant unless Thalovant expressly says otherwise. Thalovant is not responsible for third-party or user-provided skill behavior, outputs, dependencies, licensing, security posture, or data handling, and may remove or disable a skill path that creates legal, security, privacy, abuse, or service risk.
Plans, Billing, Capacity, And Cancellation
Thalovant may offer free accounts, paid plans, usage limits, runtime capacity, client limits, private hub capacity, and enterprise arrangements. The dashboard or order flow should show material plan details before purchase, including the selected plan, price, billing period, limits, and renewal posture.
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled unless the order flow or written agreement says otherwise. You can manage cancellation through the dashboard or by contacting support. Plan changes, price changes, taxes, capacity limits, and refunds are handled according to the dashboard terms, written order, and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Thalovant to abuse infrastructure, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, distribute malware, publish deceptive public hubs, infringe intellectual property, route unauthorized data, invade privacy, misrepresent source-backed output, spam users, or violate laws that apply to your use.
If you use Thalovant for commercial electronic messages, outreach, notifications, or public hub promotion, you are responsible for consent, sender identification, unsubscribe handling, and other anti-spam obligations that apply to you.
Service Changes, Assistant Output, And Risk
Thalovant may update website content, product surfaces, plans, features, hub publishing behavior, and operational controls. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, abuse mitigation, incident response, or upstream infrastructure events.
Assistant output, public hub responses, source-backed summaries, API responses, and agent actions may be incomplete, wrong, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring permissions, supervising automation, and deciding whether a workflow is appropriate for your use case.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Thalovant provides the public website and beta-stage product surfaces as-is, without warranties that cannot reasonably be made at launch. Thalovant is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Where a liability cap is enforceable, Thalovant's total liability is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the fees you paid Thalovant for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Quebec, Canada Law And Review
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there, except where mandatory consumer protection, privacy, language, or forum rules require otherwise. Courts located in Quebec, Canada have jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule gives you another forum.
Because Thalovant is operated from Montreal, French-language requirements may apply before English-only adhesion terms are relied on for Quebec users. Thalovant should provide French legal terms before launch to Quebec consumers or any audience where French presentation is required.
Contact support@thalovant.com for account, billing, cancellation, or terms questions. Thalovant may update these terms as the service matures, and material changes should be communicated through the website, dashboard, or account notice.
