Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Thalovant Technologies Inc., 2727 rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal, Quebec H3K 0A8, Canada, email support@thalovant.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also use the online withdrawal function described below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

The online withdrawal function

You can withdraw online at dash.thalovant.com/withdraw (labelled "Withdraw from contract here"; the confirmation button is labelled "Confirm withdrawal"). The function asks only for the information needed to identify you and the contract, lets you confirm your withdrawal with a clearly labelled button, and sends you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the date and time of your withdrawal, without undue delay.

When the withdrawal period starts

• Paid plan bought directly: the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you subscribe.
• Free trial: the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you start the free trial. If you withdraw before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
• Annual plan: the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you subscribe. If you withdraw after the plan has started, we refund the annual price minus an amount proportionate to the days used.

When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the paid plan immediately. That is why a proportionate amount is due if you withdraw after the start.

Merchant of record

Where Stripe acts as merchant of record for your purchase, you can still send your withdrawal to us, using any of the methods above. We pass it to Stripe and make sure you receive your refund within the time limit above.

Consumers outside Europe

Quebec. Consumers in Quebec have the cancellation rights for distance contracts described in section 24.5 of the Terms of Service.

Everywhere. Whatever your location, you can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard, as described in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
